“A great experience with a great outfit.”
My trip with Alex and Cozumel H2O couldn’t have been better!!! My son who is a very inexperienced Jr. diver with only a handful of dives under his belt and myself with maybe 50 dives were treated very well and had a great time. Alex had been very informative in his emails and told me the highlights of most of the different reefs beforehand so I knew which ones were gonna be best for my son to do, but I just trusted Alex to pick which ones we dove on and he did a great job. He also stayed with my son the whole time and took care of him when he had trouble clearing his ears on our second decent,which allowed me to enjoy the dives much more than I normally do because I have to watch after him so much. My camera got waterlogged during the second dive but Alex saved the day with his camera and sent me lots of pictures which are much better than mine anyway.Loes did a wonderful job setting up the whole thing and I am so glad I met Leo on a spearfishing trip a couple of years back so he could recommend Alex for this trip.The whole crew are all class acts and I’m proud to consider them friends . Trying now to figure out a way to get back down there for a week of diving and spearfishing as the one day cruise ship layover just got me hungry for more. You can bet when I make it back, Cozumel H2O will be who I go with for any kind of water adventures.

Equipment…….5 star, All equipment they provided was up to date and fit well
Trip length……..5 star, Only my being out of shape shortened my air but it was plenty long
Safety…………….5+ stars, Alex kept a VERY close watch on my son and we both felt very comfortable diving for the first time in the open ocean.

“WOW”
My experience could not have been better! Loes set me up on a scuba expedition with Alex and a spearfishing trip with Leo.
Alex could not have been more professional and courteous. He took time to find out what we’d like to do and then developed a plan for us to do all the dives that would accomplish those goals. My fiancée, who had never scuba’d before, also accompanied me and he was very patient with her at all times. He was very thorough in his explanation of how to scuba dive and he made sure not to push her too much…which I greatly appreciated. He also arranged for a little more adventurous dive for just he and I where we saw sea turtles, beautiful coral, many fish, and a couple moray eel. Alex has took a ton of pictures which he then sent to us after our trip. I’m probably leaving something good out……. very, very good experience.
Diving with Leo was also amazing. I have long wanted to go spearfishing and when I was searching for a guide Leo’s name was the one that popped up most often with the most favorable reviews…..and those reviews were well deserved. He was very thorough in his explanation of what we were going to do and then he followed through on his instructions. He made sure to adjust the trip to the capabilities of the people on our boat….even though I’m sure he could have accommodated much more experienced divers. I can’t say enough about how cool spearfishing was….kind of like flying above your prey while choosing what to strike all while observing your surroundings. Very cool. Leo also recommended a restaurant where would could take our catch for the day and have it prepared…..also amazing.

“Incredible experience for any age or skill level – freediver”
Myself and 3 friends went on a snorkeling/freediving tour with loes. Before we left she made sure we all had the proper gear and told us about all of the fish we would see. She took us to 4 different reefs that were beautiful and not crowded with tourists. We saw turtles, grouper, octopus, lion fish, and 100s of other types of fish. Loes fed us some delicious fruits while traveling to the different reefs. We even made a quick stop at the wall so I could get a couple good deep freedives. I will be going back next time I’m in cozumel! Thank you again Loes!

“Lifetime experience and a must do”
Me and my boyfriend went on a two tank dive with a private divemaster, Miguel. When we arrived at the boat, everything was settled, and our only obligation was to have fun. Since we are beginners, Miguel looked after us during the dive and took in consideration what we wanted to see in Cozumel. The places he took us were over the top and we were able to see lots of marine life. The booking was made with Loes, who answered all our doubts about the dives quick and clearly, and organized the dives for us.

“Wonderful Snorkeling in Cozumel”
Our cruise ship the Norwegian Jewel stopped here in February, 2015. We arranged ahead of time for a snorkeling trip with Loes and Cozumel H2O. The big difference with this company is personal attention! I have been on snorkel trips where 50 people jumped into the water at the same time and people were crawling over each other to see the best sights. There were only 4 of us with H2O Cozumel and Loes gave us individual attention with any equipment issues and then we followed her as our guide to see the best marine and coral life. We went to four different snorkel locations and saw starfish, a small nurse shark, a huge spotted eagle ray, turtle, barracuda, and a wide variety of fish. Loes even went through a picture guide of the types of fish we would possibly see as we traveled to our fist snorkel sight. Plenty of water, snacks, and wonderful fruit were also provided on board. The length of our trip was about 4 hours which is much longer than most snorkel trips I have been on. I highly recommend Loes and H2O for a memorable snorkeling trip in Cozumel! Everything was first class!

“Fantastic diving experience”
We had a great experience with H2O diving Cozumel, small groups, very professional guide Miguel, lots of knowledge about sea live with personal attention! Boat crew is also very nice, good facilities and nice fruits and snacks during the dive! They know the special, most beautiful places, especially Santa Rosa Wall is a must see!
